• Finpliq may use automation or AI-assisted logic to suggest bookkeeping categories, identify patterns, explain transactions and support data import review.
• AI suggestions must remain reviewable. Where approval workflows exist, user approval is required before records are treated as accepted.
• AI output should not be represented as tax, legal or investment advice. Users and their accountants remain responsible for final records and filings.
• Sensitive financial data should only be processed through configured services with appropriate access controls and contractual safeguards.
