Plans, Billing and Refunds

Finpliq subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout or agreed with the customer.

Customers can manage subscriptions from the billing area. Any launch offers, discounts or trial periods are shown before payment is taken.

Refunds are considered in line with the terms of service, the status of the subscription and whether paid services have already been used.
